   Having contacted a couple of people when my ceiling started leaking, Matt was the first to respond despite it being his day off. He was thorough when looking for the source of the leak and when it turned out to be a much bigger job than first thought, he returned the next day to replace the whole lead piping system causing the issue. He was always honest with the cost of things and even did a couple of extra jobs whilst here without being asked (tightened up taps etc). He was also extremely friendly and always kept me up to date on what he was doing and why, when I asked. Very happy with the job he did and will definitely be using him again.

   Extremely happy with the older shower repair carried out by Matt. He managed to source and order parts required to fix and kept us informed while we were waiting for them to arrive. Matt rang when the parts arrived in stock and came next day to then fix the shower. Great service, very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. 100% would recommend to friends and family.

   Matt did an excellent job servicing my boiler. He was really friendly and took the time to explain how everything worked, which I really appreciated. He also offered plenty of helpful advice on maintaining both the boiler and the heating system going forward. On top of that, he balanced all of my radiators, and the difference is noticeable ??? they???re all much hotter and heating the house more evenly than before. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone needing a reliable plumbing and heating engineer.
