Very friendly company, excellent customer service. The engineer who visited us was very professional and explained the Solar/hot water system to us removing the concerns we had. System now working better than before. Would recommend this company.

My family, including young children, has been without heating or hot water for weeks. I reached out to Tom Sutton Heating for a combi boiler installation and offered to handle the draining and loft tank removal myself to reduce the price. They initially seemed flexible, but after director Ronan got involved, they refused to provide any quote at all, even when I then asked them to quote for the entire job including the removals. Their responses were clearly AI-generated and evasive. Very poor customer service from a company that heavily promotes their own reviews. Would not recommend.

As a new customer I was very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. None of this ???we are too busy??? or ???we???ll try and squeeze you in??? nonsense. Just made to feel like a valued customer. Boiler service carried out as planned on the scheduled date and time and you can tell everything was properly looked at. Thoroughly nice engineer. I can rest easy for another year and will certainly be back in touch for another annual service or sooner should we need any other work doing.

As a new customer I was treated very well, given an early appointment, which had to be changed, but I was kept fully informed. Dom attended on time and assessed the problem with my boiler. I was sent a quote for the work and a second quote after finding the spare part needed in the garage. Chris attended soon after, planning to fit new part but got the boiler going without it. He was very helpful and sorted my problem with the immersion instead. Everyone in this company seems to be friendly, helpful and professional, I will certainly use them again and recommend them.

I have used Tom Sutton Heating twice and am very happy with the work. First time was to upgrade our controls and get our older system working from online / app. Then later I have used them for a replacement boiler. Both times the work was carried out to my satisfaction and for the agreed quote. I was able to have a good conversation with them about my older system and options available during which I was listened to and relevant pros and cons were discussed.
