   Used Green Solution to fix my boiler - no hot water. Spoke with Lee, he diagnosed the issue and came with the necessary part within the week. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem, serviced the boiler too. Also gave great advice on how to keep boiler working better and how to prevent further issues. Very tidy and quick. He listened to and answered my questions regarding the boiler without getting annoyed at my constant questions. Great engineer and a really nice respectful chap. Highly recommend this company - wish I???d used them sooner.

   Lee and the team were fantastic in terms of communication and works carried out. My boiler broke down after turning the heating on for the first time this year (12 year old unit anyway) Lee was very transparent on what needed to be done. He gave options with cost breakdowns and explained each option in detail, such as either replacing parts or get a new boiler with different brands and kW based on the amount of radiators and rooms in my house. After a few days of researching and any questions I had were answered very quickly. In the end I chose to get a new 35 kW boiler which is overkill for a semi detached house with 10 radiators and 3 bedrooms but I planned to live in the house for many years to come, if I was going to move I would have got the replacement parts instead. On the day of installation, Ollie and Tom were friendly and funny. They did everything by the book since being gas engineer certified and they tidied up after themselves and took the old boiler and rubbish away with them. Ollie explained what needs to be filled in etc at every boiler servicing and Lee got the boiler registered online to activate the warranty. Highly recommend their services if your in the Huddersfield, Leeds or Wakefield area and if your further away I am sure they can accommodate.

   Found Green solution via artificial intelligence as a recommended and registered installer for a replacement boiler. Received a rapid response from Lee followed by a visit and competitive quote within 48 hours. Everything was explained clearly and all our questions were answered. We chose a boiler with Lee???s help and installation booked the following week. The install was efficient, the two guys were professional, experienced and completed in one day, leaving the area clean Lee visited the following day to ensure we were fully satisfied and explained the warranty and gas safe registration processes. His communications throughout were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

   My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn???t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn???t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too
