I chose the Services of ALW Heating Services at random having been let down by British Gas (prompting a move to Octopus whom are awesome) & another independent company. I can honestly say that, contracting Adam and his engineers Jordan & Thomas has been a complete blessing. I struggle with my mental health & find that the pressure of taking on the responsibility for my late Parents family home truly overwhelming. From the outset, Adam was very friendly and easy to talk to. He asked many questions to ensure that my needs would be looked after thoroughly. He was very reassuring. Firstly, Thomas came to install a Hive Smart Thermostat and boiler Service for my 20+ years old Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30si ; But I already suspected this would need to be replaced, so this came as no surprise. Hive installed anyway by Thomas, very clean and tidy work. Adam then rang me to talk through the options & two days later I had my boiler replaced, by Jordan, with a Viessmann ; A full days work by Jordan, again very clean & tidy, with great attention to detail. The Viessmann boiler is so much quieter than the Worcester Bosch & I'm very impressed. During the boiler install, as I was so impressed with the complete care, I decided that it would be best to have my 1970's radiators replaced, due to the sludge I'd discovered when removing them for a plastering job ; They did not function properly anymore and were no longer energy efficient. So, Jordan let Adam know about what I needed & soon after that he called me up with a price. The following day, 3 new radiators installed by Jordan & Thomas, very quickly, clean & tidy. Inhibitor put into the system to route out any issues with my towel rails and other radiator, system fully tested, leaving all 6 in total working perfectly. I am so grateful to Adam, Jordan and Thomas for looking after me with such thoughtful care throughout, from initial contact to completion of all the work. They have all been so kind & considerate of my personal circumstances and completed this work very well indeed, with the utmost care. I would confidently recommend their Gas Services to anyone and everyone. What a truly, genuine and honest Company. I shall be contacting them when my annual Service is due. If you find a good honest Company don't let them go ; This is a Company you'll want to keep hold of. Brilliant work lads, my sincerest thanks for the tremendous care. ????????

Amazing from start to finish, this was the first place we called when our boiler broke and Adam arranged a time the next day to see what was wrong with it and advise us on next steps, turns out our boiler was older than expected with more than one problem. Adam advised us that we could get a quick fix but would end up needing a new boiler in the very near future so we opted to have a new boiler fitted right away for a very good price. The day after we had our new boiler fitted by Callum who did an amazing job! He arrived on time, fitted the boiler within 5/6 hours and cleaned up afterwards he also arranged for our old boiler to be collected the next day and showed us how to use the heating app.Couldn???t recommend enough!

We???ve just had our new boiler fitted and honestly couldn???t be happier with the whole experience. From the very first step, Adam was brilliant ??? he gave us honest advice, explained everything clearly, and provided a really competitive price with no pressure at all. Jordan, who carried out the installation, was just as impressive. He was friendly, punctual, incredibly tidy, and extremely thorough in his work. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of service really stood out. I highly recommend ALW Heating Services and wouldn???t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have had a new boiler installed and couldn???t be happier with the service from start to finish. The price was excellent and very competitive, especially considering the high standard of work carried out. Communication from Adam was excellent throughout ??? he kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions quickly, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Jordan, who fitted the boiler, was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. His workmanship was neat and tidy, and he took the time to explain everything once the installation was complete. He left everything spotless as well. Overall, a brilliant experience and I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you again!

My boiler broke and they came out quickly, turned up when they said they would and acted professionally at all times. The before, during and after care from the boss and the team was faultless. The boiler was fitted in a timely manner, very polite and tidy and they cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend ALW Heating Services. I'll use them again.
