   Excellent service from start to finish. TwinSun are professional and efficient. Reece from TwinSun came to complete my annual boiler service as part of my boiler care service plan. He was polite, tidy and respectful. The service, including a few repairs needed was completed to a high standard and he fully explained to me the parts that needed replacing and was transparent about the pricing. Reece left the space clean and tidy. Communication with TwinSun was excellent from booking with the admin team to completion of the work. Would highly recommend TwinSun Heating.

   Was originally just looking for a boiler service, but as no one local got back to me went with Twin Sun. They responded quickly and the booking process was easy. I did also opt for radiator service as well, and they managed to do both in under 2hrs. The professional who came (Andrew) was polite and efficient, just cracking on and sharing info when he felt he had to. Confirmed through tests that Boiler and radiators, despite being old were still working well. Also did a quick bleed of an older tricky radiator, which is now hot, top to bottom for the first time in years. One negative is I could do without the repeated upselling to try and subscribe to a home care montly package. I declined several times through the booking process, but also had several texts after the booking but before the service date, trying to suggest it again. It was only a problem, as one of the texts also said the time of arrival had changed, so I had to call them to confirm, which they did in a friendly manner, but there would have been no confusion, if the text trying to sell again wasn't sent. Thank you Twin Sun. Cost wise they were a little more expesnive than the local businesses I've used previously, but much quicker in processing my request, but also not so big as a British Gas, who previosuly have not been as thorough in thier approach to the work (due to time constraints placed on their staff).
