It???s so reassuring to have someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely takes pride in their work. Josh made sure everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. He answered all my questions patiently and gave helpful advice about keeping the boiler running efficiently. completed a gas safety certificate in November for me- Stefan arrived promptly, was really friendly and professional. My boiler had broke this time so I contacted them and an engineer called me within a couple of hours to arrange a time. Chris fixed my boiler the same day! New boiler installed in November to replace one that had broken down. Amazing service and fantastic lads that worked hard throughout the day and into the evening to install the new boiler after I had had no heating or hot water for over a week. Competitive price, high quality system and service. Thank you! Very highly recommended! Feb 2026 update - boiler developed a leak, reported to MCR Gas who responded rapidly within a hour or so. Stefan resealed one of the connections, no fuss, sorted within 10 minutes on site and everything working perfectly again. Thanks again!

Excellent service! We booked for gas boiler service, people was friendly on phone and easy to book in. We got a txt msg when the engineer was on route which I found very useful. When the engineer arrived he was friendly and carried out the works, Quietly and efficiently. A follow up call after the service was very useful as well.
