   I used Blue Flame services back in January this year, and thought to wait a few months to write a review, just in case! Blue Flame upgraded my bathroom, and fitted new central heating piping and radiators. Blue Flame were both friendly and helpful, and easy to have around! Only thing I would say is Remember to keep checking on the work being done and that it is being done according to your needs. A couple of times I had to remind or confirm with the workmen what had been agreed with Jason. But overall I very much appreciated their willingness to work with me on the ideas I had, to suggest improvements, and to correct any miscommunications. I am overall happy with the work done by Blue Flame, the standard of workmanship and value for money. So, after the passage of time, I have settled on 4 Stars and say that I would recommend Blue Flame!

   Do not use this company. Very quick to sell me a new boiler and take money upfront. The boiler developed a problem today at one of my managed property which was installed less than 3 months ago, after a phone call to the office that I had a vulnerable person living there who doesn???t have hot water or heating the owner Jason relayed his staff to instruct me to contact the boiler manufacturer and did not want to send an engineer out despite having 10 years warranty. I???ve had a number of new boiler installation's carried out over the years with various local installers who have all provided a call out service for the first or two years of installation. Feel totally let down today by Jason who didn???t have any decency to call me an address this incident.TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Not worthy of a single star.

   Blue flame fitted a boiler for me over 15 years ago and this week they replaced it . I can???t rave about them enough after experiencing such bad experiences over the years on other jobs ??? these guys are incredible! Efficient, professional, communicative, knowledgeable and they are reasonable. Conner fitted our new boiler and new radiators over 2 days , no issues, and was so polite , respectful and helpful. I came home to a clean warm home with no waste left and no mess ! I would highly recommend them and wouldn???t use anyone else from now on . Thank you so much ??????
