We can???t recommend Gastek enough. They are always friendly, punctual and really knowledgeable. This time they sorted out our thermostat and even came out in the snow, which we really appreciated. We use the Gastek payment plan and have used them several times now, including for our boiler service, a toilet issue, and now the thermostat. Every time the service has been excellent. Honestly don???t know where we would be without them. 100% recommend Gastek.

We had a boiler fitted in May 2025 and today on a Sunday we called has the boiler had stopped working unknown to us it was a frozen condenser pipe. The owner talked us through what to do and even had a technician on route !! Outstanding after-sales Gastek Thank you would full recommend ????????

Had an emergency today with my boiler and Phil was absolutely fantastic and guided me through the process over the phone instead of having to come out. I would highly recommend Gastek as their service and communication is always 5 ??????
