We had a leaky radiator and contacted WLV Plumbing, who were able to come out the same day. The team were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything resolved within the hour, and the radiator has been perfect ever since. What really stood out was their honesty. I???ve used other companies in the past who would likely have pushed for a full radiator replacement, but WLV Plumbing focused on fixing the problem properly without unnecessary upselling. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, excellent service all round.

I needed a repair done on my boiler due to no hot water. I reached out to WLV and they were very quick to respond, provide a quote and get the boiler repaired. Communication was excellent and David was friendly and professional. The boiler is in one of our rental properties and they were more than happy to communicate with the tenant to arrange for the works to be carried out. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

I recently replaced my old boiler and chose WVL Heating to carry out the installation. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the installation smoothly with no issues at all. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished. My new boiler is working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the result. A big thank you to everyone at WVL Heating for making the whole process stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional heating services.

I found WLV in our local advertising magazine and having used another tradesperson from the magazine, I was confident they would be ok. I initially asked about installing a gas fire, but due to the construction of the house, we couldn't have one. We therefore decided to have central heating installed. Dave was the one who visited about the fire, and when I told him how much our utility supplier quoted for installation he said he was confident he could quote more competitively. Of course, we got quotes from other installers, but out of all the surveys/quotes we had, I felt that WLV were more professional and gave good customer service. I was very anxious and stressed about the installation as carpets would need to be rolled back and floorboards taken up. Adam & Chris were the installers - they moved furniture, rolled back carpets. I was very surprised at this as most tradespeople don't do this due to health & safety. We had taken time off work, but in reality we didn't need to. Adam & Chris got on with the work with minimal input from us. I even went out at one point and left them to it! I am extremely happy that we now have a more efficient/cost effective heating system, but so pleased with the work from WLV as they made the whole process less stressful for me - I would definitely recommend them.
