Mo did some intricate pipework to tidy up some ugly pipes. Difficult to get at but he sorted it for a reasonable price.Also connected my new gas hob to the gas supply. Did a great job, very courteous & polite.... would recommend. & Will use again.

We had a great experience with Touchwood Plumbing and Heating Services. We had a very prompt response to queries, the pricing was fair and the turnaround from request to supply and install of new radiators was super speedy! We???d 100% recommend them and will be using them again for any future plumbing needs

My boiler pressure cannot top up, although I turn the filling loops on. Ralph is great. He comes immediately and checks every detail to fix the problem.

Emergency repair to hidden pipe under landing floor. Took details via mobile call and text. Attended same day as promised. Quick clean repair at very reasonable price. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a professional and experienced plumber.

WARNING - slashed customers tyres and intimidated mother and newborn baby. Ralph attended my property and slashed my tyres on my drive and intimidated myself and my newborn baby and elderly mother. I have had to get police involved. I contact Ralph to ask him if i could organise a gas connection in my home, he replied...send me your address and we will arrange. Ralph unexpectedly turned up at my property without any arrangement or planned visit in which i was stunned. He realised on arrival he couldn't earn any money from he job and seemed disappointed. upon leaving the property Ralph changed his tone and started demanding ??65 from me. I froze and instantly felt intimidated, even my mother was petrified. I hadn't even arranged for him to attend and at no point in our brief phone call did he mention money. he just turned up and tried to con me out of money as he knew i was a female on my own. he had no care in the world i had a newborn with me. I myself was concerned for the safety of my baby. ralph started marching up and down the side passage to my home mumbling under his breath in anger as he didn't get money out of me, he then charged back towards me an my baby and pointed his finger at me and aggressively said "you wait and see what happens now!". a minute later we heard a loud bang...only to find he had gone to the front of my property and slashed my tyre on my car leaving me stranded with at a renovation property with no gas and electric with a 8 week old baby and my elderly mother who is still very shaken up. Google- please do not remove this review if he tires to say its fake...its not fake and im currently tying to get this man struck off the gas register for what his done to us. i want to warn people of my experience of this company and Mo Ralph at touchwood heating and plumbing services. please see photo of what he did to my car.
