Highly recommend! Vik came out to replace my boiler diverter valve and I couldn't be happier with the service. He is a really friendly and transparent guy with great prices! Will be definitely contacting him for any future issues.

Top service. Very straightforward. He removed my old water tank and replaced the boiler. Everything was done to a good standard and he was even great with the dog.

I found Vix to be a highly knowledgeable and helpful professional right from our first call to book his appointment to when he actually arrived at my home. He was very informative and even gave advice and technical recommendations to other issues he noticed in my home. I cannot rate him more highly than I do and I recommend him to anyone that would want to use his services. I would definitely be using him for all my gas related issues in my home going forward.

Vik came over to fix our radiators for us which hadn???t been working for a long time. He was so friendly and professional, he even gave us some advice on what to do with our boiler/radiators in a few months. 10/10 service, thank you again Vik!

From the initial outcall, Vik has been amazing. He is so down to earth and he does not disappoint. He is very reliable and gets the work done. When Vik says "don't worry, we will sort it", you know you are in safe hands. Honestly I am so, so, so pleased I gave Vik a call. Vik and his team fitted a new Baxi boiler with a magnesium filter, a HIVE thermostat, a new radiator in the hallway and he flushed our radiators to get rid of any sludge that we had. Once Vik fitted the boiler, he was very through and made sure everything was working. Vik and his team cleaned up after themselves, which many other tradesmen do not. Vik has a very friendly and funny personality. We will not call anyone else. We are customers of Vik for life. Thank you, thank you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
