I would highly recommend Des and Peacock Heating and Cooling. From first contact right through to the fitting of our air conditioning unit today, Des and team have been exceptional. Des fitted us in at short notice and fitted our air conditioning unit in 1 day taking on a more complicated job but at a really good value price compared to others. Wouldn???t hesitate to recommend and I???ll definitely be used his business again for future plumbing and heating jobs. Thanks Des.

Easy 5 stars. Great service, friendly staff, and a smooth experience from start to finish. They removed the old system and installed the new boiler on the same day, and I had hot water again by the evening. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Peacock Heating and Cooling highly enough. I was dealing with virtually non???existent hot water pressure due to an old gravity system and, after seeing their excellent Google reviews, I decided to give them a call. From the very first conversation, Des was incredibly polite, approachable, and knowledgeable. In fact, when I rang him, he had just completed an installation for another customer fitting the very same unvented cylinder I desperately needed which instantly gave me confidence I was in the right hands. Everything was installed exactly as quoted, with no surprises, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Honestly, I just wish I had found this company sooner. At my request, Des also installed a Hive thermostat, finally helping me step into the modern world! If you are looking for an honest, hardworking tradesman who not only does the job but genuinely goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service, Peacock Heating and Cooling is the company to choose. Even my children are impressed with the results! Thank you so much, Des, for such an outstanding service.

Des was incredibly helpful when I had an issue with my boiler just after moving into my new home. He was approachable, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable, he quickly identified the problem and sorted it efficiently. Ge was very friendly and genuine and really helped me out when I needed it. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy gas engineer.

I was recommended to Peacock heating through a mate & I would recommend to anyone. From start to finish, Des & Jordan were brilliant, really friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Clear pricing & communication with the very competitive quote & with when they would arrive. Dust sheets put down wherever they were working & a really tidy job completed. Definitely use again.
