I???ve been using RJS Heating for many years now and I honestly couldn???t recommend them highly enough. This is a genuinely lovely family-run business where customer care really does come first. Many years ago, when my boiler broke down in the middle of winter and I was in a very difficult situation, Rob went above and beyond to help me. That kindness and understanding has never been forgotten. Since then, they have continued to look after my heating year after year, from fitting a new boiler when I moved house to carrying out my annual services. Rob???s wife always calls to arrange the service and it???s become a lovely little yearly catch-up ??? a reminder that you???re dealing with people who genuinely care, not just a company booking appointments. This year, with a lot going on, I needed to rearrange my service and Rob came out himself. While he was here, I asked about upgrading my thermostat to something I could control from my phone. He happened to have a Hive system available and, rather than make me wait, he fitted it there and then to make life a little easier. That???s the kind of service you get with RJS Heating, reliable, professional, kind and always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Rob and the team for years of excellent service. I wouldn???t go anywhere else.

Excellent boiler service from start to finish. The engineer was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Friendly, reliable, and respectful of our home.
