Super service from this team for a new boiler - from the initial inspection by Martyn who told us what was required and what they would do followed within a couple of days with a detailed quote. We accepted the quote and then arranged a date for installation with Elaine in their office. The team of Stefan and Mason duly arrived on time and after explaining exactly what they were going to do including the power flush they proceeded. On completion the system was tested and where there were leaking radiator valves these were replaced and Stefan went the extra mile and actually made good the silicon trim around the utility work top. They were very tidy and left the job spick and span. I was very impressed with their work particularly how Stefan has placed the new boiler effectively showing no trace of where the old boiler was. The following day the Hive was fitted (Charlies I think from memory) he arrived promptly and explained what he was going to do and on completion gave me a run down on how to work the Hive Application - he actually set it up for me. On completion of all the work Elaine (the Office Manager) contacted me and told me how I would received various guarantees from Worcester Bosch plus the Gas Safe Certificate. I have been very pleased with their service and would recommend them without hesitation. They are a very professional, efficient and well oiled team s

I've been really impressed with this company and would recommend to anyone. From first correspondence I knew I wanted to use MH Heating. Elaine was an absolute pleasure to speak to with organising the quote and works. The price was already really good, but considering the quality and timely manner of the works it was incredibly good value for money. The installers were punctual, professional and friendly. Very impressed all round! Thank you ????

When our CH boiler gave up the ghost, we were recommended to try MH Heating Solutions. Explaining our predicament to Elaine, she quickly organised a site survey ,by Martyn to ascertain our requirements, we had a quote (accepted it), date for installation and materials delivered all within a few days, very efficient. Stefan and Mason arrived on due date, and in a polite, cheerful and respectful manor set about the installation, which was of the highest standard. The electrician was equally efficient, and gave us a run through on how to operate the system. WE would Highly Recommend MH heating Solutions

Had a new boiler fitted recently by MH Heating, a local company to me that I found via Worcester Bosch website. 1) Great communication and competitive quote 2) Engineer arrived bang on time 3) The installation is immaculate. Great pride clearly taken in his work. 4) Full detailed instructions given before he left. 5) We had a full system flush, and it has made a huge difference on the speed at which the radiators heat up. 6) All the paperwork, registration of warranty was done for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending MH Heating. It is so good to find a local reputable business.

Our boiler broke down unexpectedly, so we contacted MH Heating Solutions via the Worcester Bosch website and we couldn???t be more impressed with the service we received. Within an hour, Elaine got in touch to discuss a quote and promptly arranged for Martin to visit the very next morning to assess the situation. After receiving a reasonable quote, we agreed to go ahead with the replacement. Everything moved incredibly quickly from there, the boiler and all necessary parts were delivered the following day, and Leon came to install it on the Saturday (all done within 2-3days). To say they were efficient is an understatement. They clearly understand how difficult it is to be without a boiler and made every effort to complete the work as quickly as possible. Communication throughout the process was second to none, which was incredibly reassuring and refreshing. The installation was carried out to a high standard, and every member of the team, Elaine, Martin, Leon, and Jamie was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be using them again for our annual servicing and cannot recommend MH Heating Solutions highly enough.
