We had air con fitted a few days ago, and I have to say we were so pleased with the fitting and the product. Arran did his best to get us booked in as soon as he could and with this heat we were very grateful! The fitters were brilliant, so thanks to Brett and Morgan who were professional, exceptionally clean and very competent throughout. It was an easy fit and quick. We were consulted throughout and they were very helpful with information. We'd certainly recommend these guys, so don't hesitate. Fair price too!

I have recently used Plumbco Heating for a failing boiler and now to install a new boiler. I have found all of the team extremely helpful and delivering a high standard of customer service at very competitive prices. Big particular thanks to Heidi who is the office manager. She went above and beyond with excellent advice and was very kind and helpful in a stressful situation. I won't be going anywhere else in the future. Thank you

From initial quote to post install follow up I cannot fault Plumbco's customer service and workmanship. On the day, Paul the engineer was efficient, tidy and very knowledgable. Our new Worcester boiler is so much more efficient than the old one and the Hive thermostat is really easy to use. Once we got over the initial bugs in the app it's a great system and allows me to control the heating when I am out of the house.

We had Plumbco in to fit air conditioning in four of our rooms and we are extremely pleased with the result. We had fantastic customer service from start to finish, thank you. Communication, punctuality and response times were all great and everyone from office staff to those on site were professional, friendly and polite. Also, the trades were the tidiest workers we have ever had in our house! They worked very hard yet took the time at each stage to consult us on e.g. on exact placement of units to ensure we were happy. Thanks again to the whole team for a really great job.
