   We had a dripping mixer tap which needed replacing or fixing. It was not an urgent job so I approached 3 local businesses to get an idea of what it might cost and how soon they could do it. I chose Passco because their communication was prompt and helpful with the options and possible costs clearly stated. They are also the most local to where we live. The work was carried out by Blake who was very efficient and polite. A good job done! Overall, a very smooth process and I would have no hesitation in using Passco again for any plumbing or heating issues and can recommend them as a professional and courteous business.

   I needed my 4 in1 filter/ hot water boiling tap replaced as the original was leaking. They were able to come earlier than first stated which was great for me. Elliot was very professional and went beyond to ensure the work was completed despite technical difficulties caused by the original installation.
