Absolute cowboys. Dishonest. Predatory. They wanted to charge me ??300 with vat for what turned out to be a simple 10 minute job! ??39 call out fee, ??250 labour before tax (and parts) to tighten a single nut on a stopcock. Their plumber contacted me in advance to confirm the nature of the job, so they knew it would be a super quick fix.
