Excellent service from start to finish. The engineer (Shaun) arrived promptly despite it being out of hours and charged a very fair price. The blockage was cleared quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Shaun was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. I really appreciated the clear communication and excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable drain clearance company.
