I am looking after my son???s property and John Marchant has been extremely helpful. I am delighted with his quality of work and reaction time to an emergency leak. John renewed our hot water cylinder when the internal baffle had disintegrated and debris was blocking taps and filters. Following this the main internal stopcock was leaking badly and John came out and renewed within1 1/2 hours. Faultless service, very dilligent and competitive pricing.

A bit of an emergency. My elderly mother lives alone, had showered this morning; but, when the shower was switched off, the water continues to flow as usual from the shower head. I managed to switch the water off but that left her with no water at all in her flat. I contacted Elite at around 10.30 in the morning, and by 2pm a new shower had been fitted (and at a reasonable price). Very happy with that!

John installed a new shower for me and delivered a first-class service from start to finish. He was responsive and polite from the initial enquiry, turned up on time, and worked in a clean and tidy manner while doing an excellent job. On top of that, he was really friendly and great to chat with, which made the whole experience even better. I???d highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service.

Not sure what the gentleman???s name is but he has been around a few times last visit was 5th March. Always very friendly and polite. The last job he did he ensured he got the part so we were not another day without water, very efficient and a good job is always done so thank you. Always nice to see the same face as you know the job will be done.

John was recommended to me by my sister who has relied on his professionalism for over 10 years. He replaced our boiler quickly and efficiently. I've already recommended him to a friend who contacted me to say how pleased she was with his work too.
