Called these guys out due to a leak which had saturated my bathroom floor around the toilet. Super helpful, came out the same day and fixed the issue really quickly! I'll definitely be saving their number for future! Highly reccomend ????

B Cook installed our new boiler and we are extremely pleased with the service. His quote was very competitive and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The installation was completed to a high standard and he left everything spotless afterwards. I would highly recommend B Cooke to anyone looking for a reliable heating engineer.

With our old boiler having a fault and the insurance company sending out a cowboy firm who obviously didnt want to do the repair, we called Ben for a second opinion based on him being local and his positive reviews. Whilst Ben said he could repair it we decided to go for a new boiler and asked Ben to do the job. So glad we did, Ben fitted us in quickly, replaced the old boiler all in one day. He turned up on time, worked all day and did a fabulous job. Would thoroughly reccomend him and will be using him for all our pumbing and heating requirements in the future. Thanks Ben

I???ve recently had B Cooke Plumbing & Heating round to relocate a cylinder from the loft, remove an old bathroom and replace with a new one in a different room. It was a significant amount of work which Ben and Sean performed expertly and professionally. They were punctual, friendly, worked hard and communicated clearly throughout. The attention to detail on the loft pipework and the bathroom finish is excellent. Very happy with all the work completed and would highly recommend them both.

We have just had B Cooke Plumbing and heating remove our old heating system and installed a new boiler and seven new radiators, Ben and Shaun removed the old system and water tanks and expertly installed the new system (including re routing the gas supply, reposition new boiler, flue and installing a hive system) in 3 days. From start to finish they were both punctual, worked efficiently and quickly, finished on time and budget and left everything clean and tidy each day. We're very happy with the results and can definitely recommend this very professional company to anyone looking to have any plumbing/heating work done. they were a pleasure to deal with.
