City Warmth provides a really splendid service. Dom, Calvin and Naomi are really conscientious, professional and meticulous. We had an Air Source Heat Pump, Heat Geeks mini cylinder and new radiators to enable us to go carbon free. Throughout the whole project, from planning, installation and commissioning I was kept well informed, had excellent explanations to my myriad questions and was really impressed with the level of care and thoughtfulness from the team. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

We had Calvin and Dominic re do our whole boiler system they were both so kind and helpful they were with us 3 days and couldn???t recommend them enough. Thanks so much to both of you from The Pickerings xxx

Really great. It's not really their normal work, but I called them in to look at a leak in an old 1970s microbore heating system. They had it found and fixed in about 2 hours, including patching up the floor. We are planning to demolish the house so Dom was able to advise on the most cost-effective short-term solution - it really only has to last a year! I have absolutely no doubt who I'll be calling to install the ASHP in the new build.

I cannot recommend City Warmth enough. They go above and beyond for their customers both on the phone/ emails and when an engineer comes out. Naomi and Dom helped us recently with a leaking boiler and helped us so promptly and honestly to get the best outcome for us. We will certainly be returning customers!

It's hard to find a company you can have 100%confidence in, but since my son and his wife started using city warmth a few years ago for a boiler install etc all their past frustrations with other companies has disappeared, I've had the pleasure to meet Dom a few times now as my son and his wife have been working. From the very start with the boiler install some years ago and services since then, Dom always takes time asking how everyone are, his work is meticulous, everything is attention to detail, he's so tidy and neat, his knowledge is to a very high level. We are very fortunate to be looked after by him and city warmth, use with confidence. You won't find any better. Thank you kindest regards Paul May I wish you all much happiness for the year ahead.
