Brilliant service. Easy to book in and really great to have a message when the plumber was on their way. Lex was great, really polite and very efficient. I would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Lex was running late on account of problems with his van. The office called me to let me know. Once he arrived he went about the job discreetly and efficiently. Also took on something I had not specified on booking at no extra charge as still solved within the hour. Would recommend for small jobs

Bishops have recently finished a full kitchen renovation for me and it was another really positive experience. The kitchen looks great (they work with Howdens who are also excellent), and the work is finished to a really high standard. Bishops have also re-fitted my shower a few years ago, and extensive water damage repair to the floor in both kitchen and bathroom. I also used their team for replacing my water heater, helping with plumbing emergencies and so on. Every experience has been really lovely and the team are always so friendly. Ricky was especially generous with his time and patience during the kitchen renovations when I had lots of questions, and Mick the plumber is always excellent and great company. Thanks so much for another great experience and I???m sure I???ll see you all again one day!

I called Bishops late on a Friday evening with an emergency boiler issue and they were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived within 30 minutes, were so helpful and friendly, and really took the stress out of the situation. Everything was followed up promptly by email as well. Excellent service I???d highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I rarely post reviews, but I must say that Bishops have been incredibly helpful, patient and understanding. An issue came up and I raised it with them. I was pleasantly surprised at how Willing they were to put things right and do their best.
