Had a boiler problem,so I called j bury on my trader, answered within 10 minutes and organised to come next morning at 10am,he was there spot on time which I like,and got the job done in an hour or so,boiler back up and running. Pleased to say that if I need a plumber again it's going to be J Bury plumbing.Thanks lads.

This company installed the boiler 3 years ago and i've got 5 years warranty. There was an issue with the internal plastic trap which is part of the boiler component. Baxi informed me they have spoken to the installer Jack from J Bury and he noted he would look into. I called him and he was immediately dismissive without coming out to investigate the issue. Absolutely unprofessional on the phone as they are only interested in taking funds for installation and warranty and customer satisfaction means nothing. I would avoid them like a plaque. Jack's comments and behaviour over the phone falls extremely short of professional standards so i can only imagine his expectation of his engineers.

I needed a replacement tap/shower head in my bathroom. I called and he instantly picked up. I sent over photos and he fitted them the next day, took less than 30 minutes. I am very happy and would use their services again.

Jack came out on Sunday to have a look at my grandads boiler which had stopped working. Under a quick investigation found that it needed to be replaced as the heating element had split and was leaking water. He quoted me for a new boiler and came out on Tuesday to fit it. Boiler is now up and running. No issues found at all. I would highly recommend these lads to anyone and I will definitely be using them again. Very prompt response especially on a Sunday and they were on time. Very professional and did a great job.
