Bought an old house with a toilet masserator. The plumbing to and from it was old and failing. Sani Solutions went above and beyond to help get it sorted. An excellent team and great service.

Saniflo system needing attention and situated in a restricted awkward space. So glad I read the glowing reviews and contacted Sanisolutions. Kaye recommended Simone as someone smaller and she completed the repairs efficiently and effectively. She had to come from a long way away but arrived on time, explained everything to us and left everything spotless and working properly.

First time using Sani Solutions and have been very impressed with the excellent service. They were very responsive from the initial enquiry, and were able to offer a prompt appointment. The engineer Jon was very helpful and efficient. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

Called Sani Solutions to assist with our Saniflo issue which required a little more attention than initially anticipated. However, Jon was excellent. His hard work, attention to detail, along with his honest but friendly advice were very much appreciated. With the requirement of a second visit and the assistance of the helpful and pleasant Simone they managed to resolve our issue. Very happy with the service and we would recommend.

From first telephone contact through completion Sani Solutions were great. Ben came out to empty my macerator that I was assured by another was beyond repair. He emptied the mess, located the fault, fixed the issue, left the area tidier than when he arrived and charged me ??150.00 plus VAT saving me well over a ??1000.00. I could not have asked more in terms of service and value.
