Tom was absolutely brilliant. Too the time to diagnose the issue properly where others had failed and misdiagnosed. He took the time to resolve the issue and was happy to talk through the process which was very reassuring. Tom worked hard to resolve the issue for us and solve something they had caused us quite a lot of stress. He was great as were our dealings with the office who arranged the visit. The whole service was very professional and we???d 100% use the company again.

A pleasent experience in an unfortunate situation. Communication was clear, concise and effective, and the service provided was excellent. Ryan was very skilled in identifying the the leaking issue and fixed it in a timely manner whilst explaining everything in a way I could understand too. If you've not used their services, you are missing out!

Fantastic company with excellent communication and quick appointments. Tom came to our home and identified the issue quickly. I would 100% recommend Supreme drainage and plumbing for any plumbing issues you face.

Couldn't recommend Lee enough! Really professional and got the job done quick and for a great price! Will definitely use the company for further issues if and when they come up! Cheers Lee!!

Soil stack replacement (April 2026). Booked the job a few weeks in advance to secure the specific day we needed for our convenience. Professional and friendly... arrived on time and work carried out to a high standard, with no mess. Very satisfied customer, would definitely recommend
