I am absolutely over the moon with the service provided for my two bathrooms. From the very beginning, Lou delivered excellent customer care, from preparing the initial quote to keeping me informed every step of the way. Darren was exceptional. He took the time to visit in person, discuss all the options in detail, and really listened to what I wanted. He understood my priorities perfectly and even highlighted areas where improvements could be made to better meet my expectations, which I really appreciated. The whole team was professional, experienced, and genuinely friendly. They were great listeners and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn???t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future!!

Excellant job. Ben provided a quality service, ensured his shoes were covered when checking the radiators around the house. Came at the time expected. Was helpful and courteous. We have always had a good job carried out by Union Plumbing. Would certainly recommend them.

Union plumbing arrived on time, completed the job on time, made everything work and left the bathroom looking spotless. Fixed our toilet macerator and re-tiled fixing a cowboys work. Cannot ask for more from a plumbing service! Thank you. Lifesavers

Excellent service from Union plumbing in Huddersfield. We had a huge job to repair after some cowboy builders botched our plumbing. I was so incredibly nervous to book in with anyone because I didn???t want to have more cowboys come in a create more expensive work. However, these guys are far from cowboys - they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their secretary, Lou, definitely deserves a raise. She was prompt at replying to every single email, despite there being huge gaps between my timing of reply. No question was too much for her and she always passed it on. Oliver as well was extremely prompt with replying to all my stupid questions, such wonderful service. Then coming to the day of the works completed by Dylan and Darren who once again, were just fantastic. Like I said, I was very nervous about this process but they were so friendly, knowledgeable and willing to hear me out on ideas for rectifying the awful plumbing. They heard it out and executed it and they did such a grand job. Every cut in the cupboards/walls they made to fit the new plumbing in was precise and well thought out. It was the best out of a terrible situation. They were very clean, tidied up after themselves the best they could even when I insisted I???d do it so they could rest. They even sorted out the disgusting grey water that had collected in the back garden because of the poor plumbing and sealed up the gaps where the pipes originally were. Like I said, perfection from start to finish and couldn???t recommend them more. Thank you to everyone involved in making this process as seamless as possible.
