Booked to repair my boiler which was leaking. Sten offered me an appointment straight away. After repairing the leak the water pressure was low due to lack of servicing. Thanks to Stefan I now have a leak free boiler and it???s working like new. A true professional he explained the process as he repaired so I would understand what he did and why. Top notch work man thank you

Stefan came to our rescue! Replied to my WhatsApp message promptly. I was fully informed upfront about the charges as it was Good Friday. Very happy with the service I received and thankfully no major work was required. Would happily ask you to quote for any future work required. We???d been having ongoing issues with the water intake of our washing machine, and Stefan was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. He also managed to visit at very short notice, which we really appreciated. We would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs???highly recommended!

Stefan is fantastic. He was able to get out to us on the same day and correctly identified the cause of a leak which was coming through our ceiling andhad been misdiagnosed by a different plumber. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and communicated honestly and transparently with us. Its great to have local specialists you can trust and Stefan is brilliant - would 100% recommend.

Stefan was about to finish his day but came to me within 20 mins of our phone call as I was very distressed (he new what the issue was straight away) due to my water pressure being way to high and water leaking from boiler. If I could give 10 stars I would for sure! Highly deserved - Once located the leak he showed me what he was doing every step of the way and had it fixed within 15 mins and it now works perfectly! I now feel at ease knowing this guys sorted the issue and assured me it???s all safe as I was very stressed because of it. Stefan is professional, calm, knowledgeable and a great guy! Would highly recommend to others!!!
