   The water and waste pipework in my property were not fit for purpose and required replacing from where the water pipe entered the property. So before fitting a new kitchen was the ideal time to have the work done. A complete evaluation was done prior to work commencing. Kristian listened to our requirements and made suggestions to improve on my thoughts. On the day (with this being a complex job) the work was completed by Kristian and Paul which took around 7 hours to strip the existing installation and fabricate the new much improved water supply. As the kitchen is still a work in progress, I have been furnished with exactly what I need to ensure the sink is plumbed in to the same excellent standard and told that they are also phone call away if needed to finish I couldn't be happier with the work completed by Kristian and Paul.    Were referred to plumbcare.com via home emergency cover with my bank account after my boiler stopped working. I had ??250 covered through my bank, I was charged an additional fee in excess of ??200, for a fan replacement. I found the exact part they replaced for me and nowhere was it charged over ??50, so they must have been charging me somewhere in the region of ??200 per hour for labour, which is outrageous for a job like this. After making the requested payment, immediately, I heard nothing from them for 2 days, on the third day I rang them, concerned I'd been forgotten, they told me they were waiting for my payment. I've had no boiler for 5 days at this point. When they came that day and replaced the fan I was then told it was misdiagnosis and I needed an electrode replacing and I'd have to wait until Monday. So 7 days no boiler in the end. I've had to reset my boiler 3 times after they "fixed" it because it's been displaying "Low Flame" - the same error it had that caused the initial call out. I'm going to get another boiler repair person out in the near future I'm sure. So I'm ??200 worse off and I'm no further forward with my boiler. Absolute waste of time and money. Incompetent. The worst part is, I told the engineer we have a house cat and not to let him outside and he went to the toilet and left our window open and left the door to the toilet open without letting us know. Very disrespectful. Will never use again and I'm raising a complaint and cancelling my ultimate reward account with my bank as a result of this.

   I recently had a plumber from Plumbcare attend my property through my insurance. The issue was simple: one flush button was stuck and causing water to run into the pan, while the other didn???t work at all. The plumber said only the buttons needed replacing, but the housing was broken, meaning one button had nothing to press against to flush. Despite this being straightforward, he showed no interest in properly resolving it. He said fixing the housing would involve ???a lot of work for me??? and left without completing the job. To make matters worse, he left an offensive voicemail. My toilet is now in worse condition than before the visit. The conduct, attitude, and service were completely unprofessional. I???ve reported this to my insurance company and would not recommend Plumbcare.

   Avoid this company at all costs. They deliberately drag out simple boiler servicing just to charge you for extra hours. On top of that, they will claim to have ???fixed??? issues with your new boiler that were not even broken before they showed up. Dishonest, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy.

The price they quoted was very competitive and they didn???t try to overcharge or add on any extras. Everything was done to a high standard, and I???m really pleased with the result.
