I had a great experience with this boiler engineer. They were friendly, professional, and arrived on time. The issue was diagnosed quickly and resolved within minutes, which was really impressive. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience ??? I???d highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient boiler engineer.

Can not thank these guys enough, phoned on Monday new boiler on Wednesday. Excellent customer service, reliable and very professional. Had to leave my house to go to work and came home to a lovely warm home. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much ?????? Ni Gas and plumbing services Ltd

Outstanding service from start to finish. Our boiler broke down on 31st December ??? the worst possible timing. I searched online for someone who could come out urgently, and this company responded immediately. They arrived within 15 minutes and managed to get the boiler running again temporarily. Unfortunately, it had multiple leaks and was very old, so a replacement was the only sensible option. They offered a choice of four different boilers to suit various budgets, clearly explaining the differences so we could make an informed decision. The very next day, 1st January at 8am, they arrived as promised. Just 3.5 hours later, we had a fantastic new boiler installed, along with an excellent thermostat that maintains the exact temperature perfectly. Professional, efficient, and reliable ??? I couldn???t recommend them more highly. Truly outstanding service, especially over the New Year period.

Excellent work from Abdurrahman and his team. I had a replacement boiler quoted and fitted the same day for a quick and efficient process. Great customer service and friendly team.

Brilliant service today from NI Plumbing Services Ltd. We had a pigeon that had come down the chimney and was behind the fire. They were with us really quickly and also rescued the pigeon. Also did a service on the fire. Abdurrahman was wonderful and really friendly. All work was carried out professionally and also very cleanly. Definitely reccomend this company.
