Engineer came within 2 hours and did do the job, however, that is the only positive. I asked beforehand what the charge would be and was told they would advise on arrival which it wasn't. They subsequently charge incredibly high fees so its a scam to do a job at high fees. Would not recommend, but if you do, agree price before any work is completed.

The guys were fast, efficient, and very friendly. They committed to doing a some connected jobs across a few days as "one job" which worked great for us. Highly recommend.

We had a leak from our bathroom that started coming through the living room ceiling on a Sunday evening. We called 247 Plumbing & Gas Ltd for an emergency call-out, and Joe answered straight away. He arrived within about an hour and clearly explained our repair options and the associated costs. Joe and Matthew fixed the issue within a couple of hours. They talked us through everything they were doing, kept us informed throughout, and listened to our thoughts on the potential solutions. They helped make what was a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. We really appreciated their professionalism, prompt response, and excellent communication. We definitely recommend these guys, they couldn???t have been better.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS by whom I???ve essentially been scammed. I had an issue with my boiler that was not an emergency. I was told that there would be a ??45 call out fee and that an engineer would arrive in the next 1-2 hours. Over 3 hours later an engineer arrived, fixed the issue within 5 minutes, and told me that I???d be charged ??249 for the job (an effective hourly rate of ??2448). I had asked when I first called the business if they could estimate the hourly rate for labour - I was simply told that it would be ???competitive???. This was clearly not the case, and there was no transparency. Please don???t fall victim to this as I did!

Had a leaking bath that was getting worse by the day. The plumber came out quickly and found the issue straight away, he fixed it without an issue, Everything???s working perfectly now and the area was left clean. Professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.
