   Having just moved to a property in the area we didn???t have the benefit of a handover from the previous owner. We struggled to get heat or hot water. RJ Martindale/BHE were extremely helpful on the phone advising us of the various service plans and scheduling a quick engineer visit. The engineer, Connor was a superb advocate for the companies. He was polite, patient, very knowledgeable and reassuring in explaining the workings of our system and what was required. We had no hesitation in signing up to the service/maintenance plan based on such a positive experience. Thank you !

   Absolute 5-star service from RJM from start to finish! The entire aircon ordering & installation process was seamless - the RJM website is excellent, communication and their initial contact, from office staff to Ryan himself, was prompt, informative, affable and no high pressure sales pitch. The pricing was incredibly competitive. Our installers, Dan and Ethan, were fantastic. They carried out professional, exceptionally tidy work and had a super friendly manner. As for the hardware, the 3.5kW Midea Solstice unit is absolutely brilliant. Its AI control, ioniser & UV filter, cooling power, and overall comfort are incredible; what is really impressive is the extremely low energy use. It integrates perfectly with our solar panels and home storage batteries; even during this current heatwave, the unit runs so efficiently and quietly that we are drawing absolutely nothing from the grid. I can thoroughly recommend RJM for anyone looking for a flawless installation and premium advice!

   Apart from a misunderstand with the quote which was quickly sorted, we are very pleased with the work carried out. They replaced one of our radiators with an upright one and in another room moved one radiator to a different position. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed everything in the day. Both Scott and his partner (sorry can???t remember his name) were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to have in the house. They worked very cleanly, leaving no mess at all, and the standard of workmanship was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and would happily use them again.

   We picked Martindales as they were recommended to our son who had a new boiler fitted, so they were our first pick. The service was excellent. The two gentlemen that removed our old standard boiler all pipes fixtures etc and fitted a new combi boiler. It was a two day job but Scot and Ethan were polite very efficient and definitely hard working. They cleaned up before they left and Scot was good enough to take us through how to operate and set the new controller. On the jobs they did at our Sons and our own, we would recommend. I would also like to add that when you ring them, you get to speak to a person not some machine or tens of different options before you get to talk to the one you actually want.
