Boiler packed up and the search began for a Gas Safe company. I saw Burgess online and who were local to me. They had 5 stars from everyone. I thought that they cannot be that good but boy i was wrong! From the moment i called them it was clear that they were a very professional outfit Contact made and they followed up with constant updates. The engineer, Adam, was an absolute joy to work with. Needed a new radiator in my kitchen who do i get in touch with Check a Trade. Liam from Burgess at Blackburn got in touch.From start to finish smashing. Adam installed it no mess what little there was wouldn't let me sweep it up. In record time it was fitted even shook my hand when going. Rang up to pay the lady i spoke to was lovely not wishing to get her in trouble we had a little natter. Superb job from start to finish. When heating system wants checking for winter there's only one firm i'll be contacting.

Just had our new boiler fitted and couldn't be happier with how the whole process was managed. What started as a 3:30am worry with the boiler to the same day diagnostic arranged by Liam with engineer Aziz, who explained all our options for repair or replacement. We were given a bit of time to figure out our best option for us and opted for the new boiler. A week later to the day we have a brand new boiler which we couldn't be more pleased with. Aziz was sent back to us to fit the boiler today and he did incredible especially given the heatwave and then thunderstorm we had. I will 100% recommend Burgess Gas Services to my family and friends and will definitely be back should we ever have any issues. Though the 10 year warranty on our new boiler gives us a lot of peace of mind. Thank you again for the most amazing service all round!
