   It was time for my annual boiler service. I always get at least 3 quotes when I need to hire a trades person. This young man was more than half the price cheaper than the other two. Once the work was complete, Craig spent at least another hour of his unpaid time with me explaining how to use my new thermostat/ timer, he really was invested in wanting to reduce my monthly gas bill. He was punctual, tidy,, respectful, and very pleasant, with the patience of a saint when teaching me how to get the best from my system. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone, in fact every family member now has his details for their next boiler service. Thank you Craig.
