I???ve got a couple of boilers in the past year Golitas always provide fast and reliable service

Always pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work.

I have ordered some items from the Golita supplies and unfortunately description of the product wasn't clear enough and had to send the items back. I have paid postage fee when purchasing the item and returning the product. When I have requested full refund they refunded only the cost of product, deducting postage fee without informing me of that. I emailed company asking for the explanation why they deducted postage fee which I have paid not them. Unfortunately not clear explanation why they deducted postage that they don't even paid for ! and after few emails exchange they stop replying! Absolutely unprofessional behaviour!

On my way up the M6 i swung by & picked up a new 117L Telford Hot Water cylinder and Immersion element. Very helpful bunch of guys.. I found the price for everything trumped everywhere else in the Uk & so I can only say THANK YOU Golita. If anyone needs anything plumbing related Golita is the place. The shop is well stocked & extremely well organised. If you need something, they'll have it!! Keep up the good work & all the best.

Great customer services from these guys first class service and delivery could not have gone any smoother and a brilliant next day pallet deliver even after ordering late in the day thank you
