   Gibsons came out to a fault where the boiler was not producing hot water. Despite confirming with me the initial call out fee and me agreeing, when they assessed and confirmed the boiler needed replacing in full, the engineer kindly treated the callout as a no obligation quote rather than charging. Very fair company with transparent pricing.

   Fantastic service from Gibson Plumbing & Heating. I???ve just moved into the area and had a leak under the kitchen sink. I rang to enquire and Lewis and Paul were able to come out the very next morning, which was brilliant. They were both friendly, professional, and efficient, quickly found the issue and fixed it at a very reasonable price. After they left, I put the washing machine on and noticed another leak. I called them back and they were back within 15 minutes. The issue turned out to be nothing to do with their work at all, but a problem with how the washing machine had previously been fitted. Even so, Paul and Lewis went above and beyond ??? they pulled the washer out, fixed the hose, repositioned it properly, and now it???s running perfectly with no leaks. From the very first phone call (the lady I spoke to was lovely and very helpful) right through to the work being done, the service was exceptional and personal. I would highly recommend Gibson Plumbing & Heating. Great work and thank you both!

   This summer we had a new shower put in our ensuite and a completely new bathroom. Mark came to talk to us at a suitable time for both of us. He quickly assessed a leak we had in our ensuite and told us what needed to be done. He suggested ideas of what we could have for both rooms. Everything was project managed well and different people came in to do aspects of the work. They were all on time. They tidied up as they went along and we're friendly. We are delighted with both the ensuite and the bathroom and would recommend them always.

   I can???t recommend Gibson Heating highly enough. Their honesty, speed, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers is outstanding. If you need heating or boiler work done, this is the company to call. My 20???year???old boiler failed on Wednesday, and Gibson Heating were at my door within 15 minutes, despite originally saying it could be later in the day. The engineer was professional, honest, and clearly explained my options without any pressure. When I called the office feeling stressed, Lucy was extremely kind and helpful. She listened, guided me through the process, and made everything much easier to understand. Once she knew how important heating is for my health, she arranged for the installation the very next day. Ben and his team arrived promptly and were friendly, efficient, and tidy. When removing the old boiler, they found it was badly corroded, so I???m relieved I took their honest advice. Thanks to their fair pricing and quick turnaround, I had a brand???new boiler installed safely before the weekend.
