Ahmet's service was so thorough and cost effective that we cancelled our annual maintenance contract with +heat. He is such a genuinely friendly guy as well. 100% recommended.

Ahmet is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I???m really glad I reached out to him regarding my boiler and heating issue. He took the time to clearly explain the problem and guided me towards the most cost-effective solution. He comes across as someone with great integrity. I am 100% satisfied with his service and would not hesitate to contact him again for any future plumbing or heating needs.

I???ve used Ahmet from AA Plumbing & Heating for several jobs over the years because he???s reliable, honest, and always focuses on the most cost???effective solution. Another company replaced our boiler and fitted a TRV badly, leaving us with leaks and a cold radiator, and even telling us that the radiator ???needed replacing??? because they couldn???t bleed it. Ahmet came out, fixed the leaks, re???pressurised the system, and bled the radiator that the other company said was impossible, and he only charged the call???out fee for that first visit. When a leak later returned due to the original faulty TRV installation by that company, he carried out a proper long???term fix. His work is extremely professional, his pricing is very fair, and the quality of his service is second to none. 100% recommend.

Something happened to our boiler and we suddenly didn???t have hot water in the house. I called Ahmet on a Friday night and he came out Saturday morning - we had hot water before we even had lunch! Ahmet and Mustafa were very friendly and professional. They explained the process very well to me and my brother in a way that was easy to understand. The issue was fixed on the spot with parts they had in their truck and there were no delays! Ahmet was even kind enough to spend a few minutes to have a look at the broken flush in our downstairs toilet. They gave a high quality service: quick to respond and completed a thorough job! They are very knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. They will definitely be our first contact if we encounter other emergencies or issues in the future. Thank you again for your work. Five stars, highly recommend!
