Great service. Availability was great, contacted Charlie on Monday, booked it in for Wednesday morning. He changed bath/shower mixer taps in no time at all. I was super pleased with his work, communication, timespan. Can't fault him at all. Highly recommend Charlie. Will definitely use his services again

Excellent service from start to finish! Charlie came out to give a quote and was able to carry out the work the same day, and was very friendly, professional and tidy throughout. The price was very reasonable and everything was explained clearly. Couldn???t ask for better service and Charlie is always our first call for any future plumbing or gas work. Highly recommended!

Charlie popped out today to check our leaky toilet, he was punctual, polite and professional. His communication was on point throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. What a lovely, honest chap! Thanks again.

Charlie supported us with our recent house move, sorted some plumbing issues ready to move out ! Fair priced and great communication through out! Now we have moved we have asked Charlie to assist with a bathroom refit he has already been out for a quote and is happy for us to save up for it then contact him about it. Nice to be able to rely on a trustworthy plumber

Charlie was excellent from start to finish. After a really upsetting experience with a previous plumber, he completely turned things around. He took the time to properly explain everything to me, which I really appreciated given how stressed I???d been about the situation. It was clear he genuinely cared about resolving the issue rather than just rushing the job or taking my money. He fitted the new washing machine fixings securely, worked with real care and attention, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Professional, thorough, and reassuring throughout. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Charlie and will definitely be using him again for any future plumbing issues.
