If your looking for a professional, knowledgeable and reliable plumber I would recommend Jack The Plumber. We had a leaking toilet and found this site on Google, it was very easy to book, Jack came the next day with his colleague and quickly identified and fixed the issue. Not only that but Jack was able to quote and fix other plumbing issues we had at the same visit at very reasonable pricing. Will definitely be using again and recommending to others.

My telephone calls were answered very quickly. Jack came the same day to sort out the multitude of problems I had. He was friendly but professional and also explained exactly what he was looking at and doing. Prices were extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Jack and Craig responded same day to my call regarding the kitchen sink drainage pipe. Turned out it wasn???t as big a problem as I thought and they offered free advice and explanation. Jack could easily have still charged a call-out fee but, based on today???s experience, I wouldn???t hesitate calling for his services again as my lasting impression is that he???s reliable and trustworthy. Jack the Plumber is very efficient and professional. I contacted him just a few days ago, and he responded almost immediately. He quickly identified the issue and provided a very good solution to fix my radiator. I was impressed by his prompt communication, expertise, and helpful advice. I would highly recommend his services.

Jack was brilliant, will definitely use him again. Texted him about a fairly minor issue (toilet flush playing up) and and he replied quickly asking for details and photos. Once he had those, he identified the issue, quoted (reasonably!) and offered to come the next day. Polite and friendly when he arrived, got the job done quickly and tidily and was happy to explain what he'd done. I'd happily recommend him and, much as I hope we won't need him any time soon, it's nice to know we've found someone reliable if we need him.
