Top class service. Only a small job but nothing was too much trouble to help me. And the price was great. Family type businesses like KBO need to be supported if we aren't going to be swallowed up by faceless corporations. Thank you so much for your help. My problem which no one else would touch was fixed in minutes.

If only I had known about KBO Lock and Safe yesterday, two generations of our family tried in vane to get my Mum into her home. This morning, Friday 6th March I left a message on KBO Lock and Safe answer phone, I also sent a text via WhatsApp. I got a text back saying I would get telephone call. Which I did. I explained the problem. I was told he could be there within half an hour. Neil arrived within 30 minutes, assessed the problem, set his equipment up and within 2 seconds it was done, front door open, no damage to door or frame. I was so greatful. Neil was fast, efficient, polite, friendly and very calm. My son and I presented Mum/Grandma with her keys a short while later and she was so relieved. She couldn't believe it was all done. As for the cost, very reasonable. I would certainly recommend KBO Lock and Safe to everyone. Don't look anywhere else they are the best. I for one will be using them again.

Great service. Sensible advise and 3 security locks changed within 3 days for a VERY reasonable price and significantly less than other quotes. You hear some horror stories about call out costs but not here! I've added these guys to my useful emergency numbers. Can't recommend enough

I had an issue with the lock on the back door to my home (I needed a new barrel fitting). I called KBO around lunchtime and they came out at 16:30 and fixed the issue without any fuss. Amazing service and would definitely use again... Highly recommend!
