Key broken off in French doors. Excellent service, arrived on time. Explained options and cost before starting. Cleaned up well and made sure I was happy before departing. I will certainly use Gary again if need arises.

Fantastic service and a credit to his profession. Gary arrived promptly and solved a complex lock mechanism failure whilst demonstrating excellent customer service and a friendly attitude. At no point did he put any pressure on my decisions, providing opportunity to compare prices before proceeding. Will be employing Gary's services for any future lock issues.

Gary was amazing today! Super polite, quick and professional. He fixed the issue without any hassle and made everything really easy. Would definitely recommend him and use Lockfit again in the future.

Absolutely 5 Star Service. Having put up with a dodgy front door lock since we moved in we finally decided to get it replaced. I got 3 quotes and Gary was cheapest by ??30 and had the best reviews, he was also the only one who could carry out the work straight away. An immediate fix was not originally on my list of criteria but it was a nice unexpected bonus. So Gary arrived within 15 minutes, discussed options, carried out the work ( which looks very neat and tidy) and did an excellent job of cleaning up. He was friendly, helpful and professional and I highly recommend.

Gary was fantastic in helping us get the locks changed on moving day for our first home. Came by with little notice and was very transparent. Really appreciated the extra mile he went to adjust a hinge to make a door shut more fittingly too. Really friendly and will use again if ever needed.
