Fantastic service from Tim at Millennium Locksmiths. Our front door lock mechanism failed unexpectedly, leaving the door unusable from both inside and outside. Tim came out promptly, quickly identified the fault and had it repaired without any fuss. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout, and he took the time to explain what had happened. The door is now working perfectly. Highly recommended???thank you!

Great service. Easy to get on the phone, turned up on time as delivered. Polite, clean, trustworthy. Offered solutions but didn???t upsell. Clearly outlined fault and checked other doors in the property. Delivered additional cut keys the following day as promised. I hope I don???t need another locksmith, but if I do I???ll call again with no hesitation.

Tim???s service was excellent. He communicated very well before the job and on the day. He thought through our requirements and provided an appropriate solution for our needs - limiting access to specific facilities in a house occupied by a person with dementia. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. Tim arrived within an hour of my enquiry, assessed and quoted the job, and carried out the work there and then. Very friendly and professional, would thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommended. Communications with Tim was excellent. He clearly takes pride in his service and work - eg his car inside and out were immaculately clean and fastidious. He effectively sorted our lock issue. The most professional lock-smith I have ever met.
