Julian came to look at a door which kept opening. His analysis of the problem was correct, he re aligned the door and whilst here changed the lock. He as effective and efficient. The price was fair. I am very happy to recommend him

Julian has carried out several repairs to our doors and windows over the last few years to a high standard. Arrives promptly and always gets the job done. Always there to help, especially when we???ve been unable to get through front door due to jammed mechanism!

Julian was quick to answer my initial request and provided good advice and was able to attend my house within 24 hours (it was a non-emergency job). When Julian arrived he was polite and professional and did the replacement lock very quickly. Would recommend and use again

I needed handles replaced on 4 windows to lock them. Provided prompt and efficient service, was polite and tidy and job quickly completely. Pricing seemed reasonable. Would use again

Julian came over today to change my front door lock. Despite me messing up on scheduled appointments, he turned up with a warm and friendly service. He didn???t leave until I was happy with the result (able to open and close door with the new lock, with confidence). Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you!
