I can't recommend Terry at Pro Locks highly enough. He came out to help with a door that wouldn't lock properly and quickly identified that it needed realignment. He carried out the work efficiently and made sure the middle door was locking securely again, which was important for the safety and security of the building. Terry was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to talk to. We had a great chat while he worked, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about doing a good job. He's honest, reliable, hardworking, and takes real pride in his work. It's rare to come across someone so genuine and trustworthy these days. I would have no hesitation in recommending Terry at Pro Locks to anyone needing a locksmith or door repair service. Excellent service all round.

Incredible Service from the Team at Pro-Locks Slough. Terence had vast knowledge of locks and required works to gain access. He attended late evening as the front door lock had failed. Throughout the process he was patient, understanding and extremely friendly. Not only did we gain access he replaced the lock and ensured everything was working correctly. Unlike other locksmiths and emergency repairs he does not charge ridiculous fees and take advantage of the situation. I'll be sure recommending him for future works! As much it was a pleasure hopefully will need not his service for my home again. Thank you again for all your help!! Aaron B
