Had this gentleman gain us entry in the house when my half of key snapped up. He was transparent with his service charges at the outset and didn???t charge extra penny from what was agreed. Hence, decided to give him the charge of setting up a new lock and he ensured that every bit of his work was top notch. Thank you for the service.

Excellent service from start to finish. I needed help with broken window locks on my 33-year-old conservatory, and Norman was fantastic. Very experienced, polite, and professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He arrived on time, was very flexible, and his prices were very reasonable. What impressed me most was that he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly and working perfectly. It???s not easy finding someone so reliable, skilled, and genuinely helpful these days. I would not hesitate to recommend Norman and would definitely reach out to him again. Thank you Norman.
