Quick and efficient, polite, helpful producing a spare car key with a coded transponder from I key I ordered online. They also have their own key blanks. Best seevicebin tye Guildford area.

We were told they???d arrive in about 30 mins, but they were here in less than 10. Cameron quickly got us into the house and then worked hard to open the front door and replace our faulty lock. He did not stop working from the minute he arrived, still time for a friendly chat too though, and he left us with a new and much improved door lock. And I was happily surprised at the very reasonable bill too! Thank you so much Cameron.

After our lock decided to fail on a wet and dreary day, Fidelis sent out a brilliant chap called Paul who arrived in 20 minutes, opened the door and replaced the lock within about half an hour. The service was quick, Paul was lovely and friendly and explained everything as we went along. 11/10 service, would pay again to have our house broken into...

Exceptional service. My friend was locked inside his flat. Called the website phone number and spoke to Jay. He answered straight away, was friendly, professional and amazingly knew the block of flats and the type of locking mechanism they had. Talk about local knowledge! Within an hour or less Cameron, a skilled friendly locksmith, was sorting the problem. He needed to fit a new mechanism and this was done very quickly. I thought the cost was very reasonable especially as it was a Sunday. Hard to rate the service too highly!

Fidelis Locksmith delivered absolutely exceptional service when attending to my mancave door. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had the door sorted in no time. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. It???s rare to find a company that combines great workmanship with friendly, reliable service???Fidelis Locksmith has all of that and more. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy locksmith. I???ll definitely be using them again!
