Had to have two locks exchanged for new ones as I lost my garage keys. The company arranged for someone to come the same day. Tom was very professional and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this company. Everything was dealt with in a professional manner and explained clearly. Luke was great, was straight to work on arrival and had my lock issue sorted quickly. This is my second time (10 years apart) of using B Hatt Master Locksmiths, and I would not hesitate using them again.

Excellent service thanks so much I Phoned for help when I locked my keys in my car and within 20 mins help arrived and got me sorted safely and back in the vehicle Lovely guy too - very friendly Will definitely use again (hopefully I don???t need to though!!)

Called at 8pm Friday night, they booked me in for Saturday morning. Really friendly chap, unlocked my car in 30 seconds and even offered to give me a discount since it was so quick. Highly recommend

Couldn???t recommend this company enough. We found ourselves without a working door after the latch mechanism suddenly stopped working. They sent someone out that afternoon to fix it at a very reasonable price. You always a feel a little at the mercy of locksmiths but this company was excellent to deal with.
