Tony did a great job realigning the latches of our multi point lever latching composite front door. The recent high temperatures had affected the door to the extent that we were unable to lock the door. Tony made the adjustments in a quick, knowledgeable and friendly manner, at a very reasonable price. We would have no doubts about using his services again, as well as recommending him to our friends should they require a locksmith.

Tony was fantastic. He answered my call about the broken lock on our front door and came within an hour. He replaced the lock with a new lock and 3 keys, and charged us a reasonable rate for 1 hour of labour plus parts. He also taught us to service the lock with WD40 Silicone (not normal WD 40!) twice a year so we wouldn't have future problems like this. We asked him about a childproof lock for our bathroom so he gave us some options he'd recommend. I would highly recommend him to others having lock problems, thanks Tony! :)

What a fantastic company! Would highly recommend! Tony came out to us today after we got extortionatly charged by another company when my key snapped off in the lock. He was so kind and helpful and informative. He replaced our lock for us and explained how he thinks it may have happened too (front door out of alignment). Honestly such a lovely guy and really turned around what was a very stressful situation for us. Very fast, friendly and efficient service! Thank you so much! ????

Tony saved my life after getting locked out - he arrived less than an hour and out of usual working hours. He gave me an instant quote on the phone which every other locksmith refused to give me a price until they???ve arrived. He came to Maidenhead from Camberley. Friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend focus locksmith and will be using them again in the future.

Tony was an absolute legend. He came on time he was helpful. He was polite. He explained everything very clearly and he managed to fix the door without us having to replace anything. Super happy with the service and will definitely use him and his colleagues he's recommended. Brilliant experience!
