We used SKM for a major house renovation from 2018 to 2019 and we have used Kevin and Matt several times since. On moving into our property in 2016 we knew we needed to do a full renovation job. After speaking to many of our neighbours so many of them had used SKM and recommended Kevin. Kevin was approachable and clear to see an overall nice person. He provided a clear breakdown and transparent with his cost. We had to wait almost a year for him to be available but we are so glad we did. Kevin and Matt were always on time and if they couldn't make it, they would let us know beforehand. As the job was big, which included removal of a retaining wall and extension, Kevin was happy to share areas he knew I could do to save some money. All work done was to a excellent standard and any issues Kevin has always come and rectified straight away. We have used SKM several times since for smaller jobs and will continue to do so in the future. Probably the most honest and trustworthy builders I have met.

I had a garage conversation. SKM were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and did an amazing job Nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder.
