Ramsey Roofing have been incredible throughout the whole (complicated) project. They are highly professional, hard working and go the extra mile. They kept us informed daily of progress and delays and explained clearly what they were doing and why. We built a high level of trust with them because of all of this, we are very happy with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them. And we have done so already.

I can't fault this company. They reroofed part of my roof and built a new porch, and the whole experience was genuinely stress-free. Everything was very well handled and organised from beginning to end. The scaffolding went up and came down exactly when they said it would, and rubbish was collected from site right on schedule, no mess left behind and no waiting around. They turned up when they said they would, and the standard of the work is superb, with real attention to detail throughout. What stood out most was the communication: Ross regularly checked in to update me on progress and talk through the next steps, and he patiently answered every question I had along the way. Trustworthy, reliable and professional, exactly what you want when someone's working on your home. I'd happily recommend them to anyone.

I just want to give a huge, glowing testimonial to Ramsey Roofing for the work they???ve done on our home over the past three weeks. When it came to choosing a roofer, I spoke to around six different companies. Two or three didn???t even get back to me. Of the ones that did, most never carried out a proper inspection???no ladders up, no real look at the chimney, which was our main concern. Then Ross came round??? and everything changed. He took the time to properly inspect the roof, got up there with a ladder, took photos, shot video, and came back with a detailed report explaining exactly what needed doing. Now, of course, price always plays a part. Some of the other quotes felt very ???back of an envelope.??? Ross???s quote was thorough, transparent, and while not the cheapest, it was absolutely competitive???and it gave me real confidence in what we were getting. From day one, the work has been clean, efficient, and incredibly thorough. Nothing has been too much trouble for the team. At one point we uncovered a serious issue that required an emergency carpenter???and that was handled quickly and seamlessly. But what???s really stood out for me is the communication. Every single day, Ross kept me updated with progress???texts, photos, videos???so I always knew exactly what was happening. That level of care and attention to the customer journey is rare. From start to finish, it???s been faultless. They???ve taken a very old property and given it a solid future for the next 150 years. So thank you, Ross. Thank you to the whole team. I genuinely couldn???t recommend Ramsey Roofing highly enough???and I???ll be singing your praises to anyone who needs work done on their roof.

Ross and team are without a doubt the best contractors I???ve ever had the pleasure to work with. They are all super friendly, knowledgable, and the quality of their work is exceptional. We hired them to replace the entire roof to our 1970s end-terrace house following a leak at the start of winter 2025 due to storms. We weren???t able to start the full roofing until spring, so they sent a couple of their guys over to do a patch to get us through winter, which did the job perfectly (very lucky and good timing, as this has been the wettest winter on record). We???ve just completed the full roofing project and we are amazed how much warmer and less draughty the house is now. Especially in the dormer, which was always the coldest room in house - now the warmest. I wouldn???t hesitate to hire ???Ramsey Roofing Ltd.??? again for any house project. From start to finish, and after-care, they???ve been fantastic. If you???re like me and are quick to worry with intrusive worst-case-scenario thoughts, then there???s no better team to put your mind at ease. No question is too small, and they always provide honest advice and opinions without pressuring or taking ages to respond. Any issues, they promptly look into and sort out without judgement. No need to keep comparing contractors my fellow property owner, just go with these guys??? you won???t regret it.
