This was genuinely one of the best customer experiences we???ve ever had! From the very first contact to having our EV charger installed just 9 days later ??? including arranging the government Renters Grant ??? everything was seamless. Ellie was absolutely fantastic throughout. She responded quickly to every question, was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she kept us informed every step of the way. She???s a real credit to the company and exactly the kind of person you want looking after customers. The installation itself was just as impressive. The engineers arrived exactly when they said they would, completed a neat and tidy installation, cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know before they left. An outstanding company from start to finish. We wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an EV charger installation. Five stars all the way!

I can thoroughly recommend Downlight Electrical. We had an EV charger installed by them a week ago and they were extremely professional to deal with from first contact to the last. They quickly arranged a video call so that I could show them where the charger was to be mounted and they could check the fuse box. They were then able to perform the installation 2 days later. Elliott arrived on time and was friendly and professional. The installation was very neat and he even waited a few minutes for my wife to come home with the car so that he could show us how to use the charger.

From the initial contact with the office and site survey, through to the installation by Nick, I can 100% recommend this company. Friendly, efficient, and professional all the way. Nick was a credit to the trade and very knowledgeable about all aspects of EV charger installation and more. I???ll definitely be looking to use this company again when we explore solar panels in the near future. Thanks to everyone involved!

Very well run professional local company. Excellent customer service from first enquiry through to quote and installation. Engineer arrived bang on time and was professional and polite throughout the job. Would absolutely recommend.

Look no further than Downlight Electric, the are down right incredible. They came on time, called ahead too. Did the job well, with care, and professionalism. The young Lad was friendly and professional and did a fabulous job. Previously older gentlemen came to help quote for garden sockets and he too was really friendly. the staff here are brilliant. They take Apple Pay on their invoices so paying is a breeze. Two clicks, not entering card numbers etc. They will be getting calls from me to do every and any electrical work in my home. You know when you try to find a trusted company to do things for your house. I think I have found mine. We just moved to our forever home...these guys are our forever electricians. Stop searching for an electrician now and just call these guys. They installed three track lights and I am so pleased.
